How to Optimize your Pain Fellowship Application, Interviews, and Fellowship Training: A Panel Discussion with Recent Graduates and Program Directors
Overview
This session will focus on a panel discussion with the use of audiovisual aids and an interactive Q&A with the audience. The session is targeted to trainees (students, residents, and early fellows) and academic educators on how to optimize interventional pain medicine fellowship application with primarily three key perspectives: (1) "Beyond the CV: Understanding Factors Influencing Fellowship Interview Selection and Ranking," (2) "Bringing Your Application to Life: Robust Interview Strategies To Impress," (3) "Trips and Tricks to Prepare for Pain Medicine Fellowship Training: Requirements and Expectations." The session will be focused to trainees of multiple backgrounds, such as anesthesiology, PM&R, emergency medicine, neurology, psychiatry, neurosurgery, etc. The session will conclude with a panel discussion and an interactive Q&A with the panel and the audience.
